Memorial Day Weekend

We had a very relaxing and special holiday weekend. We had some quick visitors - Grandpa Kelvin and Grandma Carie were here for a quick night and my folks stayed for the whole weekend. We had a really nice time and hope that everyone else had an enjoyable weekend too!

Auntie Jordana looks happy as a clam to be holding little Sally - enjoy having her nearby - we miss her already! Love the "chub" picture - makes me feel better about Toriana's 3 chins to see that Sally has 2 ... =)

Jane, it was so great to run across your blog! I know it's been years since we saw each other...in Laramie, I guess. Anyway, wonderful to see pictures of your family!

Hi cute Nez family! :) Darren and I just wanted to say hi from over here in WA. We were sad that we missed you while you were over in these parts, but I'm sure that the trip was here and gone in a flash. Your little sweetie is so adorable-hope we can meet her someday. :) Would love to talk, please feel free to call if you ever have time! (Can't wait to see updated pics!)

Jane,

I had to tell you a funny....Today Lindsy fell out of her highchair face first on the floor. (We've told and spanked her for not sitting down it has never fazed her. This is the 3rd time she has fallen.) As I was rocking her and calming her down she asked for her teddy bear. Clayton grabbed her the bear and so she was holding it and crying. Pretty soon I started to listen to what she was saying......"oh, bebe laly. oh, bebe laly." (Translation: oh. baby Sally.) Needless to say I think Sally made a huge impression on my kids. :)
