Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Happy Holiday's to everyone! Sally's 9 month b-day has come and gone. She is as happy and as healthy as ever. She weighed in at 14 lbs 2 oz and 26 inches long. She is still just a little 1/2 pint and "barely on the charts" as the doc put it, but no need to be concerned. She can crawl really fast, she loves pulling up and holding on with one hand, she can wave bye bye, do "so big", patty cake, give loves, and dance ( I'm sure there are others I am forgetting). The other day she was looking at a book and pointing to all the little objects on the page and saying "blah tah tah" ....... that's what I do when we read books (however, I don't say blah tah tah :o)). Already at 9 months old she doing things she sees us do. She also does her chitter chatter and moves her hands while she is talking....surely I don't do that *grin*. It is so fun to see all the funny things she does.

Auntie Jill and Kelli, and mamaw and papa are all coming to our house for Christmas - we can't wait to see you!!

Below are some fun "holiday" pics. Gramma Carie sent this pretty dress for punkin (it is a 12 month dress and she is currently wearing 6 month clothes) it was a little big, but that made it even more fun, she was sooo pretty!! It is really hard to get her to sit still - she is constantly on the go.

Thanksgiving

Finally, a post ....We had a great Thanksgiving with my folks and family. Sally and I went up early and spent the whole week, we had lots of fun with mamaw, papa, cousins, aunties and great grandparents too. Sally has perfected her crawling and is quite fast when she wants to go see Ruckus. She is also pulling up and learning what "no" means :o). Oh yes, and we finally got a tooth!! It seems like we watched it forever before it finally popped through. We are enjoying some winter weather and hope everyone is doing well.

There was a water leak out in our street the other day so the city came and tore up the pavement, dug a huge hole and fixed it.....this kept Sally entertained for at least 30 min!! They can fix leaks in front of our house anytime. :o)

Sally is 8 Months and 1 Week Old!!

We have been so busy that I missed posting an official 8 month picture....I haven't had time to sit down for a real "photo shoot" so these will have to do. We did weight and measure Sally tonight...she finally hit 14 lbs...whoo hoo...and she is 25 inches long....you grow girl!!

Anyway...these first pics were actually taken on her 8 month birthday, we went shopping with Auntie Jordana. Sally thought this rocking chair was pretty cool, and the teething ring tasted pretty good. The next pictures are of Sally opening a package from g-ma and g-pa N. Thanks so much!!

Oh boy, oh boy!!

Watch out!! Punkin is going mobile!! Last night was the first night that she was really crawling, it's still a little slow......it won't be long and she will have it perfected. Sorry these videos aren't very long, my camera only takes 20 second videos. I'm trying to upload other videos on my picasa album so hopefully you can view some more soon. Sally still doesn't have any teeth, she will be 8 months on Tuesday, and she only weighs 13lbs 13 oz!!

Happy Halloween

Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!! Auntie Jordana got Sally this cute little pumpkin outfit so we dressed her up and went to the park and took some pictures. (I took tons - if this isn't enough, you can check out the slide show to the right.) We walked around the neighborhood and grabbed a bite to eat so everyone could see just how cute she was....hehe.

We have been enjoying some beautiful fall days here, the weather has been wonderful. We are just busy with everyday life. Sally is just about crawling and I think that she may be working on some teeth.....yikes. Everything is going well and thanks everyone for all of your fun comments.

Happy Fall everyone!! Sally was 7 months old on Saturday!! Most of you know that we call her "Pumpkin" or "Punkin" so it only seemed appropriate to get some fun fall pumpkin pictures.

We have been busy as usual and lacking in the "pictures of Sally" department. We will try to improve in this department this month. Hope you enjoy the few pics below......and by the way only 8 people check my blog?? I am NOT impressed with the comments section here folks. :o)

Six Month Sally

Well folks, Sally was 6 months almost 10 days ago, she had her 1/2 birthday on the day we came back from another trip to Seattle. She was 13 lbs and 24 1/2 inches long at her well baby check and she is just that well, and happy. We had a great trip out to Seattle, I only posted a few pictures, but you can view all of them on the slide show to the right as well as some more of the 6 month snapshots that I took. We had some more professional photos done a few weeks ago that I just got back so maybe before she is 8 months I will post a few of those. :o) We are doing great, glad to be home for a while. And lets try this silly pig wrestling photo one more time. Labor Day Weekend

Once again we survived our Labor Day camping trip. A quick rerun of all the happenings.....and THANK YOU Auntie Kerry for bringing Sally a tent, it was a life saver!! It will be a while before I post again, but when I do there should be lots to share!!

This is our good friend Hugh that owns the property that we camp on. I have pictures from my 5 year old birthday taken here so we have been camping here for a long time. Hugh rode into camp to have breakfast with us.
